By signing this agreement, I confirm that I am an authorized representative of (Company) and all information provided is accurate and is being used to apply for credit with Hadar MFG. I understand that all orders will be net 30 from the date of the invoice unless a new payment agreement is agreed upon beforehand by both parties. Late accounts may be turned over for collection at 30 days past due. Invoices over 30 days may be charged 1.5% interest per month. Company guarantees the full and timely payment of all amounts owed to Hadar MFG under this credit arrangement. This includes any goods or services provided and any related fees, such as late charges or legal costs incurred for collections. If the company fails to make payment according to the agreed terms, it will remain responsible for all outstanding debts. In the event of non-payment, Hadar MFG reserves the right to take legal action and recover all amounts due, including attorney’s fees and other costs associated with the collection of the debt.
