We Guarantee it
We stand behind what we sell. If it’s defective, we will replace it. Our product guarantee is similar to a tire tread wear guarantee — a product with a five year guarantee that wears out after 4 years would still be replaced at 20% of new value.
We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for any defective product. Only then may it be shipped back to the factory. We will pay for return shipment of any defective products and issue credit, refund, replace, or repair any returns per the guarantee policy stated above. We are not responsible for products returned without prior authorization.
Credit policies, special offers, discount programs, and other factory incentives depend on both your general credit record and your credit and level of activity with us
UPS (United Parcel Service) — Hadar Athleticwill reimburse you or replace any UPS damaged product. You are responsible for inspecting any product when it arrives.
Due to freight company policies beyond our control, the consignee (person, school, or business receiving the package) must report the damage and make a claim with the freight company.
Because we are a factory, not a store, we do not guarantee same day shipment on credit card sales. We contact your credit card company when you place the order and put a hold on the amount of your order – but we do not take the payment out of your account until the order is shipped.
Credit Card information is transferred from our website to us by encrypted e-mail. We accept Master Card and Visa
You have a right to expect that we will not sell or give your name, address, phone number or e-mail address to anyone unless law requires us to do so.
Hadar Athletic products are available through team sporting goods dealers and a few national physical education catalogs and specialty websites. We do not compete with our dealers by selling our products to individuals at less than the prices listed on this websites or to school and institutions for less than the prices on our current school price list.
All sales are final subject to our returns policy. Items not in stock are produced on a first-come, first served basis.

All Customers are generally responsible for freight charges.
Orders taken through the website will have a shipping and handling charge attached and will be shipped the most economic way available – usually UPS or FedEx ground.
School & Institutional Orders using your purchase order form: We will bill you for the exact shipping costs or ship your order freight collect. (Teachers, coaches – you must order through your school/institution to receive school pricing)

Exports: Except Canada, contact the factory. We are not an exporter, but we can arrange a sale through dealers that do export.

Dealers. We will add freight charges to your invoice, ship freight collect, or third party bill you on drop shipments. You may specify a carrier or level of service. Not all carriers come to Humboldt, Iowa – contact the factory for further information.
Freight Discounts & Factory Paid Freight Programs are available on some product lines with quantity orders shipped to a single location for qualified Dealers. Availability may depend on season as well as quantity. Contact the factory for details.
Rush Orders: Contact the factory. Our products have been very popular for the past several years.
Our Normal lead time for items not in stock is less than two weeks, but lead time can increase during the school rush from the middle of June until the end of September. Custom orders and custom artwork may take longer.
Rush orders must be negotiated with our staff. Your past record with us can be a determining factor. We try to accommodate everyone where we can, but sometimes we have no choice but to ship on a first-come, first-served basis.
