Shipping, Handling & Processing (SH&P) Charges

48 Contiguous States and Canada (non-remote).

Shipping, handling, and processing charges on parcel shipments are 12% of the merchandise total or $15, whichever is greater. If ordering an item that ships via freight (see below), the charge is 17% of the merchandise total or $110.00, whichever is greater.

Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. and Canada. 

Products Shipped Via Freight Truck 

Products and orders exceeding 250 lbs. or 36 cubic feet ship via freight truck. Because of the large size or weight of these products, these items usually require delivery to an elevated loading dock. 

Elevated Loading Dock 

If your shipping location does not have an elevated loading dock, these products will be shipped via a lift-gate-equipped truck (to lower the product from the truck to the ground), and a $90.00 lift-gate charge will be added to your order. 

Special Delivery Options 

For large items, additional shipping options are available. Please call us at 1-888-655-1606 for special delivery or a customized delivery quote. 

Special Delivery Request: Provide information at checkout for a customized delivery quote from our logistics team. 

Qualifying large items exceed 75 pounds, and have lengths greater than 90” and/or widths greater than 48”. You will only be charged one delivery fee, regardless of how many items require special delivery.

In-Store Pickup & Return

Hadar offers pickups for all items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Hadar will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. If you don’t pick up your order, Hadar may cancel it.

Pickup Contact

If you select pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government-issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Hadar is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

Standard Return Policy

We guarantee you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Hadar Athletic. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method or credit. In addition, please note the following:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Products can be returned only to Hadar Athletic
    • Our Receiving Address: 1016 16th Ave N Humboldt, IA 50548
  • For returns to Hadar Athletic for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $750, Hadar Athletic will mail a refund check to you within 30 business days.
  • In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, Hadar Athletic will offer you a Hadar Athletic Gift Card.

SHIPPING DAMAGE POLICIES

UPS (United Parcel Service) — Hadar Athletic will reimburse you or replace any UPS-damaged product. You are responsible for inspecting any product when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged you must refuse delivery of your item/s. We will not be able to make a claim after 2-days from the posted delivery date by the logistics company.

Returns & Restocking

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the delivery date posted by your tracking number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. 

  • 30% restocking fee on all returned orders of stock items. 
  • You are responsible for shipping costs back to us. Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • At this time we do not accept returns on custom products.
